This page says in plain words what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

• Your name and email, from checkout.
• Your purchase: what you bought, the price, the date, and Stripe's receipt reference. We never see or store your card number. Stripe handles that.
• Your answers to the questions inside the lessons.
• Your progress: which lessons you opened and marked complete, and when you last signed in.
• If you choose to give them: a testimonial and your feedback answers.
• If you joined the waitlist: your name, email and your answers to the waitlist questions.
• Your password is scrambled on your device before it reaches us. We store only a scrambled version, never the password itself.

We do not run advertising trackers on these pages. The course uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, and nothing else.

Why

To give you access to the course, to show you your own answers and progress, to email you about your purchase and the course, and to see how the course is working.

Who sees it

Michael only. We do not sell your information and we do not share your answers with anyone.

Your testimonial is used publicly only if you tick the box that gives permission. If you do, it may appear on the course page, in emails and on social media, with your first name only.

The services that handle data for us

• Stripe takes your payment and sends your receipt.
• Loom plays the lesson videos. Loom may see basic viewing information, such as that a video was played.
• Brevo and our own email send you messages about your purchase and the course.
• Google (Sheets and Apps Script) stores the course records.
• Netlify hosts these pages.

Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Your answers and progress stay in your account until you ask us to delete them, including after a refund.

Asking us to delete or change it

Email us from the address you bought with and say what you want removed or corrected. We answer within 14 days.
